JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claim for notice pay is well founded and the Respondent shall pay to the Claimant the sum of SEVEN HUNDRED AND TWENTY POUNDS (£720).[2]The Claimant’s claim for accrued holiday pay is well founded and the Respondent shall pay to the Claimant the sum of FIVE HUNDRED AND FOUR POUNDS (£504).[3]The Claimant’s claim for arrears of pay is well founded and the Respondent shall pay to the Claimant the sum of SIX HUNDRED AND EIGHTY SIX POUNDS (£686).[4]Each of the three payments awarded is a gross figure. The Respondent shall be responsible for accounting to HMRC for any income tax or national insurance payments due in respect of the payments.REASONS
