JUDGMENT
The Judgment of the Tribunal is as follows (oral reasons having been given at the hearing, in accordance with rule 62(2) of the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013):[1]The name of the respondent is changed from Reheela Khand, to as stated 20 above. The address remains the same. It is however noted, for completeness, that the respondent’s registered office is 203 Hampermill Lane, Watford, Hertfordshire, WD19 4PJ.[2]The claimant was entitled to 3 weeks’ notice of the termination of her 25 employment, which she did not receive. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £456.30 in respect of this breach of contract.[3]The claimant was entitled to a statutory redundancy payment in the sum of £969.24 on the termination of her employment, which she did not receive. 30 The respondent is ordered to pay this sum to the claimant.
