No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £995.74, being £647.64 in respect of 22 July to 17 August 2019 and £348.10 in respect of 18 August to 29 August 2019.[2]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £198 in respect of 22 hours holiday accrued but not taken at date of termination of employment.[3]The hearing listed on 27 November 2019 is cancelled.
