JUDGMENT
For the reasons given orally at the hearing on 13 May the Tribunal dismisses the claim for breach of contract/unlawful deduction of wages made by the claimant on the basis that the claim is time-barred and reserves meantime the respondent’s strike-out/deposit application until consideration of the claimant’s Better and Further Particulars (to be lodged within 14 days of the date of this Judgment) and the respondent’s response to those Better and Further Particulars to be lodged within 14 days thereafter.
