JUDGMENT
It is the judgment of the Tribunal to order the respondents to make payment to the claimant of the sums of(i) SEVEN HUNDRED AND SIXTY POUNDS (£760) in respect of injury to feelings and interest thereon and TWO THOUSAND POUNDS (£2000) wage loss for his claim of unfair discriminatory dismissal (age discrimination);(ii) SEVEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED AND SEVENTY POUNDS (£7470) gross in respect of his claims of unpaid wages and failure to pay the National Minimum Wage and(iii) ONE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED AND FORTY POUNDS AND TWENTY EIGHT PENCE (£1340.28) gross in respect of the claimant's unpaid holiday pay.
