JUDGMENT

The judgment of the Tribunal is as follows (oral reasons having been given at the hearing, in accordance with rule 62(2) of the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013):[1]The claimant was entitled to the sum of £479.75, less deductions for tax and national insurance, in relation to hours worked prior to the termination of her employment. She did not receive this, in breach of the terms of her contract of employment. The respondent is ordered to pay this sum to the claimant.[2]The claimant was entitled to the sum of £99.75, less deductions for tax and national insurance, in respect of holidays accrued but untaken on the termination of her employment. She did not receive this, in breach of the terms of her contract of employment. The respondent is ordered to pay this sum to the claimant. E.T. Z4 (WR)[3]The claimant was entitled to a statutory redundancy payment in the sum of £738.90 on the termination of her employment, which she did not receive.
