For the reasons given in an oral judgment, the Second Respondent was the employer of the claimant. 2. The Second Respondent has failed to enter a response to the claim and judgment is entered for the claimant (rule 21). 3. The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £2,575.38 4. The claimant as dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £9,417.60. 5. The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £311.15.

JUDGMENT
