[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the balance in the gross sum of £6,554.33.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the net sum of £8,373.03.[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the balance in the gross sum of £3,687.01 .[4]The claimant has suffered loss of employer’s pension contributions and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £1 ,166.00. Employee’s pension contributions have already been included in the gross sum awarded for unlawful deduction of wages.[5]The claimant’s claim for a redundancy payment is dismissed on the grounds that the Secretary of State has paid the claimant the statutory entitlement in full.
