JUDGMENT
The Employment Tribunal, in accordance with Rule 64 of the Employment Tribunal (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013, Schedule 1 issues the following Judgment of consent of parties:[1]The unlawful deduction of wages claim (holiday pay) having been satisfied and the respondent having agreed to pay the claimant the compensatory sum of £500.00 by no later than 3 September 2021; a) the claim against the respondent, having been withdrawn by the claimant is dismissed under Rule 52 of the Rules contained in Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013. b) There shall be no order as to expenses, wasted costs or preparation time.
