No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21 : 1 . The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay the balance of the notice pay due to the claimant as damages. I award the sum of £360.09 (this is awarded net of tax and other deductions).[2]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £1 898.1 1 (this is awarded gross).[3]The hearing listed on 5 August 2021 is cancelled.
