JUDGMENT
For the reasons given orally at the Hearing on the 7th September 2021 the Tribunal finds as follows:(1) The claim for unfair (constructive dismissal) having been brought out of time and the claimant not having satisfied the Tribunal that it was not reasonably practicable for the complaint to be presented in time or within a reasonable time period thereafter is dismissed.(2) That the claims for race discrimination brought by the claimant not having been brought in time and the claimant not having satisfied the Tribunal that it was just and equitable to exercise its discretion to allow the claims late they are dismissed.
