No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy on 04 September 2020. The claimant had 6 full years’ service at the time of his dismissal and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £3,228.00. This is calculated as follows: 6 weeks (the claimant being entitled to a week’s pay for each full year of service between the ages 22 and 41) x £538 (that being the cap on a weeks’ pay).[2]The hearing listed on 22 June 2021 is cancelled
