JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £3,583.17 being 9 weeks net pay, 3 weeks’ pay being already been paid to the claimant[2]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £13,447.50 being 27.5 weeks’ pay calculated at the statutory maximum of £489 per week. The claimant was 58 at date of termination of employment and had 19 years’ service.[3]The hearing listed on 5 September 2018 is cancelled.
