[1]The claimant’s claim of unfair dismissal is not well founded as she was not dismissed.[2]The claimant’s claims of direct discrimination in terms of section 13 of the Equality Act 2010, unlawful harassment in terms of section 26 of the Equality Act 2010 and victimisation pursuant to section 27 of the Equality Act 2010 are not well founded.[3]The claimant’s claim in respect of unlawful deduction of wages (pursuant to section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996) is not well founded.[4]Each of the claims raised by the claimant is therefore dismissed.
