REASONS
1 . By a letter dated 6 March 2021 the T ribunal advised the claimant that his claim appeared to be out of time and that he should be prepared either to provide 25 evidence to the contrary or evidence as to why the claim should be allowed to proceed.[2]The claimant failed to attend the hearing and therefore has failed to make representations on the time limit issue. The claim was presented on 31 December 2022 whereas the time for presenting the clam in time expired on 30 24 December 2022 taking account of the extension for early conciliation.[3]The claim was therefore presented out of time and in the circumstances is therefore struck out.
