[1]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £4080.96 gross being 12 weeks’ pay.[2]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £6631 .56. That amount is calculated having regard to the following at date of termination of employment - the claimant’s age (58), his length of service (13 years) and his gross weekly wage of £340.08.[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £1024.24 gross in respect of 3 week of accrued but untaken leave.[4]The hearing listed on 26 March is cancelled.
