No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21 :[1]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £562.44.[2]The claimant was not ever issued with a written statement of employment particulars. An award of 2 weeks wages is made in terms of Section 38 of the Employment Act 2002. The respondents are ordered to pay £610.40 to the claimant.
