No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages in respect of non payment of the national minimum wage and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £93.60.[2]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £287.78.[3]The other complaints for unauthorised deduction of wages for the period from 19 December 2020 are dismissed. The claim was lodged on 15 December 2020, prior to these alleged events. The respondent has had no notice of these claims and in such circumstances no award can be made.
