JUDGMENT
Rule 22 of the Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024 The response to the claim has been rejected and there is no outstanding application for reconsideration and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 22:[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the net sum of £2,620.23 for the month of September 2024.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the net sum of £2,684.02 (30 days’ contractual notice).[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the net sum of £792.83 (6.4 days’ annual leave at a rate of £123.88 per day). The claimant was employed from 8 July 2024 until his employment ended on 28 September 2024. The claimant had therefore accrued 6.4 days of annual leave at the end of his employment.
