No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £304.00 (THREE HUNDRED AND FOUR POUNDS) in respect of wages for the week ending 18 November 2022.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £380.00 (THREE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY POUNDS) (1 weeks’ notice pay).[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s accrued holiday entitlement of 1.5 days and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £114.00 (ONE HUNDRED AND FOURTEEN POUNDS).[4]The hearing listed on 27 February 2023 is cancelled.
