JUDGMENT
For the reasons given orally at the Hearing on 8 November the Employment Tribunal:(1) Allows the ET1 to be amended to Colin’s Tyres Limited trading as Colin’s Tyres;(2) That the respondent pay the claimant the sum of Five Hundred and Sixty Pounds (£560) being accrued but unpaid wages;(3) That the respondent pay the claimant the sum of Four Hundred and Four Pounds and Sixty Pence (£404.60) being accrued but unpaid holiday pay; E.T. Z4 (WR)(4) The respondent to pay the claimant three weeks’ wages amounting to One Thousand, Six Hundred and Eighty Pounds (£1,680) in respect of their failure under section 1 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 to provide the claimant with a written statement of terms and conditions of employment.
