JUDGMENT

No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant the gross sum of £359.89 by way of wages which would be paid by way of pension payments which is an unlawful deduction in terms of section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996.[2]The respondent shall also pay the claimant the gross sum of £1,075 (13.98 days x £76.92 daily rate) less £500 paid to account, namely £575.34 by way of holiday pay due to the claimant which is outstanding upon termination of employment.[3]Finally, the respondent shall also pay the claimant damages in the sum of £416.67 by way of notice pay due to the claimant
