JUDGMENT
[1]The claims as directed against the Second Respondent are misconceived and are dismissed against the Second Respondent.[2]The Clamant succeeds in his claim for notice pay against the First Respondent and the First Respondent shall pay to the Claimant the sum of £2,750.[3]The Claimant succeeds in his claim for unpaid holiday pay against the First Respondent and the First Respondent shall pay to the Claimant the sum of £2,800.[4]The Clamant succeeds in his claim for a redundancy payment against the First Respondent and the First Respondent shall pay to the Claimant the sum of £4,125.[5]The sums awarded are gross of tax and national insurance contributions. The First Respondent shall be responsible for making deductions to the payments in paragraphs 2 and 3 as may lawfully be required to account to HMRC.REASONS
