JUDGMENT
[1]The claim for unlawful deductions from wages in respect of untaken entitlement to contractual holiday pay succeeds. The Respondent is ordered to pay compensation to the Claimant in the sum of £1 ,982.91 (gross).[2]Oral reasons were given in the presence of the parties at the end of the hearing in accordance with rule 62(2) of the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure. There was no request for written reasons.[3]The remaining claim for breach of contract in relation to payments in respect of professional indemnity insurance is adjourned and sisted for 6 weeks for reasons given orally at the hearing.
