JUDGMENT
In respect that the claims are unopposed, the Employment Judge makes the following Orders in terms of Rule 21 of the Employment Tribunal (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013, Schedule 1 namely:[1]the respondent company will pay to the claimant Mr D Stanczyk a redundancy payment amounting to Six Thousand, Four Hundred and Fifty-Six Pounds (£6,456) based on the claimant’s age and lengthy of service;[2]the respondent company will pay to the claimant holiday pay for 11.7 days amounting to One Thousand, Two Hundred and Fifty-Eight Pounds and Ninety-Two Pence (£1,258.92);[3]the respondent company will pay to the claimant pay in lieu of notice amounting to Five Hundred and Thirty-Eight Pounds and Eighty Pence (£538.80);[4]the respondent company will pay to the claimant Mr N Henderson a redundancy payment of Three Thousand, One Hundred and Eighty-Seven Pounds and Fifty Pence (£3, 187.50) based on his length of service, age and weekly wage.
