JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent made an unlawful deduction from the claimant's wages contrary to section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 by not paying her in respect of her hours worked in September 2020, and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant £329.47 as compensation for the net value of those wages;[2]The respondent did not pay the claimant for all of the annual leave she had accrued by the termination of her employment on 21 September 2020 under Regulation 14 of the Working Time Regulations 1998 and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £494.20 as compensation for the net value of those accrued leave days.
