EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS (SCOTLAND)
Case No 4107312/2019
Miss N McGradyClaimantFalldown Brewing Company Ltd (dissolved)Respondent
Employment Judge McFatridgeDate 3 October 2019

JUDGMENT

The claim is struck out under rule 37 of the Rules contained in Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013 on the grounds that the claim has not been actively pursued in terms of rule 37(1)(d).

REASONS

[1]In a Note sent to parties on 5 September 2019 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to contact the Tribunal within 28 days indicating either that she is taking some action to restore the company to the register or that she is seeking to amend so as to include a claim against some other individual.[2]The claimant has failed to respond. The Tribunal therefore strikes out the claim.
