[1]The respondent having failed to pay the claimant in respect of accrued holiday pay entitlement, the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of FIVE HUNDRED AND FOUR POUNDS AND FORTY PENCE (£504.40). This is a gross figure. The respondent shall be liable to account for any income tax or national insurance contributions which may be due.[2]The claims made by the claimant in respect of unpaid tips and a failure to provide her with access to a pension scheme are dismissed.
