[1]The Judgment of the Tribunal is that: 1.1. the claimant was unfairly dismissed by the respondent, and the respondent shall pay the claimant the sum of THREE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY-SEVEN POUNDS AND FIFTY PENCE (£3187.50) by way of compensation.
