JUDGMENT

[1]The claim so far as directed at the first respondent is dismissed.[2]The claim of unlawful deduction of wages succeeds. The second respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of Two Hundred and Sixty One Pounds Ninety Nine Pence (£261.99) in respect thereof. 4107291/2019

REASONS

[1]The claim was initially directed at the first respondent which has no legal personality. Following a hearing on 30 August 2019 it was directed that the claim be served on the second respondent as they were added as a party. The claim was served on the second respondent on 6 September 2019.[2]The second respondent has not lodged a response within the statutory period.[3]I consider that on the available material a determination can be made of the claim in terms of rule 21.
