JUDGMENT
The Judgment of the Tribunal is:- The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from wages contrary to Section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 and the Working Time Regulations 1998, Regulations 13 and 13A in terms of accrued but unpaid holidays and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the net sum of £1,153.19 (ONE THOUSAND, ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY THREE POUNDS AND NINETEEN PENCE) in this respect (being calculated on the basis of the claimant’s net weekly wage with the respondent of £349.44, being a net daily rate of (£349.44/5) £69.89 and an accrued entitlement of 16.5 days (£69.89 x 16.5 = £1,153.19).REASONS
