C McManus Case No: 4107244/2023 Mr M Hunt Claimant Onorach Limited Respondents RECONSIDERATION JUDGEMENT Rule 70 of the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013 The Employment Judge having reconsidered the judgement issued under rule 21 on 21 March 2024 amends the said judgement as follows:[1]Paragraph 2 is deleted and replaced with the following: “The claimant was dismissed without notice. The respondent were in breach of contract in failing to pay the claimant six months pay in lieu of notice as provided for in the claimant’s contract of employment.
