No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £134.90 in respect of 2 days wages.[2]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £404.69 in respect of 6 days of leave accrued but untaken at date of termination of employment.[3]The claimant is awarded 2 weeks pay in terms of section 38 of the Employment Act 2002, being £674.48.
