JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant was entitled to a statutory redundancy payment in the sum of Two Hundred and Fifty Pounds (£250) on the termination of her employment, which she did not receive. The respondent is ordered to pay this sum to the claimant.[2]The claimant’s claim for breach of contract in respect of notice pay was submitted out of time. Therefore, the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear this claim, which is dismissed.REASONS
