The Claim having been withdrawn by the claimant is dismissed under Rule 52 in Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013. E.T. Z4 (WR)REASONS
[1]This Preliminary Hearing was arranged to consider whether or not the Tribunal had jurisdiction in relation to the issue of time-bar.[2]After an initial discussion I granted an adjournment to allow the claimant’s solicitor to take instructions. Thereafter she explained that in the circumstances she outlined the claim was withdrawn. I accordingly have dismissed the Claim under the terms of Rule 52.
