No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £4,842, calculated on the basis of the following at termination of employment – claimant’s age (48 years), claimant’s length of service (6 years) and claimant’s gross weekly wage (at statutory maximum) (£538).[2]The hearing listed on 22 March 2021 is cancelled.
