JUDGMENT

The judgment of the Employment Tribunal, issued of consent in terms of rule 64 of the Employment Tribunal (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013, 35 is that: The claimant was unfairly dismissed.[2]The claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment from the respondent in the sum of £2,934.[3]The claimant is entitled to notice pay.[4]A hearing will take place by CVP on Thursday 20 July 2023 to determine the following:[1]Remedy in regard to the finding of unfair dismissal and failure to pay notice pay;[2]Liability and remedy in regard to the claims of arrears of pay and 5 holiday pay.
