[1]The claimant presented a claim in which she complained of unfair dismissal and failure to pay notice and holiday pay.[2]The claimant did not have the necessary period of qualifying service and the complaint of unfair dismissal was subsequently struck out.[3]The respondent entered a response in which it was said the claimant was not an employee and that all payments that should have been made to her, had been made. E.T. Z4 (WR)[4]The claimant did not attend for today’s hearing. There had been no contact from the claimant since she presented her claim, and there was no explanation why she had failed to attend this hearing.[5]I decided, in the circumstances, to dismiss the claim.
