JUDGMENT
The judgment of the Tribunal is that the claimant did not in the relevant period have the protected characteristic of disability in terms of section 6 of the Equality Act 2010. The complaints brought by the claimant under the Equality Act 2010, other than that reliant on section 26 of the Equality Act 2010 are therefore not well founded and are dismissed. The complaints of unfair dismissal and of unlawful harassment under section 26 of the Equality Act 2010 proceed to determination at a Final Hearing
