The judgment of the Tribunal is that the complaint for notice pay was not lodged within the statutory time limit and accordingly the complaint is dismissed for want of jurisdiction; and the complaint for statutory redundancy pay succeeds and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £1,027 (3 years of service x average weekly pay of £228 over 12 weeks, x 1.5 in respect of years over age 41).
