No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant for outstanding pay resulting in the gross sum of ONE THOUSAND AND THREE POUNDS AND FORTY SEVEN PENCE (£1,003.47) being due to the claimant which should be paid to her by the respondent.[2]The respondent shall also pay the claimant the net sum of SIX HUNDRED AND SEVEN POUNDS AND SEVENTY TWO PENCE (£607.72) which is unpaid holiday pay due to the claimant in respect of holidays outstanding upon termination. The respondent paid the claimant the net sum of £1,282.50 when £1,890.22 was due, resulting in the sum of £607.72 being outstanding.
