For the reasons given orally at the hearing on 20 May 2024 the claims made by the claimant succeed and the respondent shall pay the claimant the following sums:[1]The sum of Seven Hundred and Seventy-Six Pounds (£776) (2 x £388) as pay in lieu of notice;[2]The sum of One Thousand, One Hundred and Sixty-Four Pounds and ThirtySix Pence (£1164.36) being accrued holiday pay (3 x £388); E.T. Z4 (WR)[3]The sum of Six Hundred and Seven Pounds and Fifty Pence (£607.50) (2 x 27 x £11.25) as arrears of wages; and[4]The sum of Five Hundred and Eighty-Two Pounds (£582) (1.5 weeks x £388) as a redundancy payment.
