The judgment of the Tribunal is as follows.(1) The complaint of unfair dismissal is not well-founded. The claimant was fairly dismissed for misconduct.(2) The complaint in relation to a payment upon termination in respect of accrued but untaken entitlement to paid annual leave was withdrawn during the hearing.(3) Both complaints are therefore dismissed.
