JUDGMENT
The judgment of the Employment Tribunal, issued orally with reasons, is that:[1]The respondent has failed to pay sums due to the claimant in respect of unpaid wages and shall pay to the claimant the sum of £375 in terms of section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996.[2]The respondent has failed to pay notice in breach of contract and shall pay to the claimant the sum of £1,375 in terms of section 86 of the Employment Rights Act 1996.[3]The claimant is due a redundancy payment under section 135 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 and the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £1,375. ETZ4(WR) 2 4100050/19 and 4100066/2019 Page 2[4]The respondent has failed to pay sums due in respect of holiday pay and shall pay to the claimant the sum of £746 under section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996.[5]The respondent failed to supply the claimant with pay statements after July 2018 contrary to section 12 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 and shall pay to the claimant the sum of £6.11.
