No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £1,720.00.[2]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £1623.60 (90.2 hours x £18.00 per hour).[3]The respondent has failed to provide the claimant with a written statement of terms and conditions and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £1,872.00 (£936.00 per week x 2 weeks).[4]The hearing listed on 12 January 2024 is cancelled.
