JUDGMENT
The Judgment of the Tribunal is that the claim of breach of contract made by the claimant in terms of which she sought repayment of a loan which she said had been made by her to the respondents is dismissed under reservation as noted below, having been withdrawn by the claimant. E.T. Z4 (WR) In terms of Rule 52 at the request of the claimant and in circumstances where the Tribunal is satisfied that there is a legitimate reason for this course of action, the right on the part of the claimant to bring this claim is reserved. It is considered that it would not be in the interests of justice to preclude the claimant raising this claim in a different form.
