JUDGMENT

For the reasons given orally at the Hearing on the 18th January 2023 the Employment Tribunal finds as follows.[1]That the correct designation of the respondent should be Craig Jackson trading as Mains of Scotstown Inn and that the claim is amended accordingly.[2]That the claim for unlawful deductions is well founded. ETZ4(WR)[3]That the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £673.38 (57 hours x £13.45 less £100 paid to account) being an unlawful deduction of accrued wages due to the claimant by the respondent less £100 which the claimant acknowledges was paid to account.
