[1]The respondent made unlawful deductions from the claimant’s wages and shall pay to the claimant the sum of FOUR THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY ONE POUNDS (£4,381) in respect of such unlawful deductions. This is the net sum which the claimant is entitled to receive; the respondent shall be responsible for remitting to HMRC any income tax and national insurance payments due in respect of the gross amount.
