JUDGMENT
The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that:-(a) the claims against the first respondent are dismissed;(b) the second respondent is the same legal person as the third respondent;(c) the third respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of Six Thousand Six Hundred Pounds (£6,600) as a statutory redundancy payment;(d) the third respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of One Thousand Seven Hundred and Ten Pounds (£1,710) as compensation for breach of contract in respect of her notice period (less appropriate tax and National Insurance); and(e) the third respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of Seven Hundred and Eighty Pounds (£780) as a payment in respect of accrued annual leave (less appropriate tax and National Insurance).REASONS
