The claim for holiday pay against the first respondent is well-founded 30 and the first respondent is ordered to pay the sum of £52.66 (0.5 weeks x £261 gross/week which totals £130.50 less the sum of £77.84 already paid to the claimant), subject to deduction of income tax and national insurance.b.
